    USS_Defender(CAG-01) Exceptional Talent

    The response was the Chat Window has loaded and as further stated it has lag and freezes the game. Meaning once one starts typing in Global the ship is frozen in place on the Seachart, and there is a lag in the chat window after typing a word or letter. It can range from a couple of seconds per letter or word to over 10 seconds. The Chat Window may be present but it is not functioning as it has in the past.
