Chat Window missing from client

Description of issue:

Client chat window is not opening upon loading of the game client, nor does it ever load during play.

Time occured:

Started 9/11/17
Previously on 9/9/17 Chat window was functioning fine.

Browser:
Google Chrome 60.0.3112.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Cache-Cleared:
True
Flash-Latest:
True
Secondary-Browser-Used:
True

Steps taken to fix:

Attempted standard cache clear, nothing fixed. Attempted router reset to rule out bad DNS settings, nothing fixed.

 

It may be it has moved off of your viewable area. Try holding Control and either - or mouse wheel and zoom out to check if it is off screen? May help, may not

Try clicking on the chat button on the seachart.



once you click there, the colour of the button should change, as shown on the picture below:






If that doesn't work, try reseting the chat window:

By golly there is a reset system. That worked perfectly, adding that to my quickfix book thanks!
