chat

why has the global chat been not working when events are going on? the guild i belong to doesn't have any other form of communication that i am aware of like ts, so when chat is down , how are we supposed to communicate with our guild members or other players that can help or need help? this has been happening a lot lately, so i just wanted to bring it to somebody's attention. i bet this form of communication works properly. please fix this in game form of communication! ty and any responses will be welcome if this thread is working properly, like chat should be! bodean GA3. talking to other players is very helpful in playing the game, especially during events. i am playing the game all alone, looking for event npc's or other useful information i can use is lost with chat only working sometimes.

 

We understand your frustration, but some things take longer to resolve than others. I have no answer for chat being down during events but I do know that it is a priority and it's being worked on. As this game runs 24/7 sometimes it is difficult to pinpoint where the issue is let along resolve it. I know this response doesn't make it any less frustrating but it is the best I can do. Please be have patience and it wil be resolved as soon as they can.
