    Chat needs to be Monitored more it's a shame that these players keep talking their own language time after time after time after time and nothing happens to them except a please speak English nonsense start banning them for 30 days this is crazy .....smh at least fix that lord knows nothing else can be fix

    If you are unhappy with moderator performance you can make a formal complaint via Support.

    Please be aware that Chat Moderators cannot be online 24/7 to watch chat, we also have our jobs and families (-: hence why there is a report function that can be used by players when there are no moderators around.

    Chat reports are reviewed on daily basis so if rules were broken and reported then such player won't go unpunished.
