    hey i cant move my chat when i open it, its like its frozen in the same spot

    Please make sure that your chat is not "locked" - if it is please click on the padlock - this will allow you to move it freely.

    Hello there Pirate,

    In some instances you will need to firstly slightly enlarge the chat box to clear some room on the top bar by using the expansion tool in the bottom right corner.

    You should then be able to left click and hold with your cursor in a clear space on the top bar and manoevre it to your desired position on screen.
