    my global chat does not work and i have not been banned. what gives?

    My apologies for the delay in my response. When you are on the sea chart, please click on the option tab and then click on the configuration button. When this brings up the small box click on the chat reset button, then the chat box will appear on the sea chart. Press the entry button to close the configuration and place the chat box where you are comfortable with it.

    If this does not resolve the issue for you, please provide your user id and server so that this can be looked into further.
