code redemption

    When I click on redeem voucher on my home page (which is where codes have always bee redeemed, like, forever) it says "you can enter your code in the shop". I've been to the shop and I don't see a place to enter the code. How do I redeem the code, please. Thanks

    Please follow this short instruction:

    Enter the voucher within the empty box and press ENTER on your keyboard -> once done go to your logbook to display your rewards.

    Thanks, but the reply it gives is "code not found". I tried copy and pasting, but the text box does not allow me to paste (why not??). I tried typing it in, it does allow typing but says code not found. Now what?

    Two options:

    1. You've used that code before but didn't notice
    2. You enter incorrect voucher
    If you wish we can check that for you (if so then provide us with the uID found in the top right corner of your home page) or you can always contact Support.

    Neither is true, I have not used the code (it's brand new, for pete's sake). The text box does not seem to work properly. Why can't I copy and paste? We always could in the old one. id:40/38320510
    I tried to attach an image of the page response but I can't get that to work here...

    Ahoy Tergrinder!

    You can still copy and paste anything within voucher window by using CTRL+C / CTRL+V shortcuts.

    I've checked your account - yup you did not use a code today. I also attempted to redeem a voucher code on a brand new boat and it worked without any issues.

    You need to have a . or empty space when entering a voucher code, there is no other option.

    Please try again:

    1. Open shop -> Personal Info -> Voucher
    2. Enter voucher in the middle -> Press ENTER button on your keyboard

    I did as you said, control+c then control+v. It copied and pasted but I still get the message (in red lettering) code not found. And where does the dot or empty space go? Beginning? End? Middle? I tried putting a dot before the code after the copy/paste failed. It now says maximum number of errors reached and has locked me out. OY!

    apparently I can try again in 2 hours...
    BTW, this is the code I entered: THERISEN *
    I think I know what I did wrong. I'll get back in a couple of hours.

    There is no dot no space within the voucher. I simply stated that you may put that in by mistake.

    Actually, the code as printed in the email Ad I received contains a space between THERISEN and the * - it appears as THERISEN *
    Is this not correct?

    Thank you Kuiil! That worked - finally. So the email code was incorrect, there is NO asterisk, even though that's what the email showed. Weird, the email code has always worked in the past, but not this time. Thanks again, mate! :)

    Voucher codes never consist of any spaces between the words.

    The * used within all newsletter refers to the valid date.
