    As the event is no longer running and the event keys are no longer available or able to be used, we are unable to help you in this matter.

    I would say otherwise. It is stated that any frost keys leftover from the event will be transferred into regular keys.
    I used the voucher in the middle of the event and have still not received them. The keys themselves are still available in the Black Market. I would appreciate if you accredited me these frost keys as they are valuable.
