Unlock Requirements:
Use 1 Lionheart
Kill 1,000 Global Desire
Kill 1 Freedom

Increases your Damage against NPC's by:
Level 1: +1%
Level 2: +2%
Level 3: +3%
Level 4: +4%
Level 5: +5%

Reputation can be gained from completing the Daily Quests: Commonwealth Haul Reputation
or reputation can be gained from Last Shot or Most Damage on the following NPC's:
HRMA Revenge - 2 Commonwealth Haul Reputation
HRMA Revenge II - 7 Commonwealth Haul Reputation
HRMA Triumph - 9 Commonwealth Haul Reputation
HRMA Valencia - 5 Commonwealth Haul Reputation
VCMA Imperious - 7 Commonwealth Haul Reputation
VCMA Tyrannous - 11 Commonwealth Haul Reputation
