Commonwealth bonuses (civil war event)

from the faq,
'Commonwealth bonuses are active everywhere'
so what are these bonuses , how do you get them etc, doing a forum search revels nothing.

 

By that, I belive they are reffering to Commonwealth Sellsword and Guardian. (Crew assistants in 21+)

They are now active on all maps.

 

Commonwealth Bonuses refers to the Commonwealth Sellsword and Commonwealth Guardian. These are two Crew members which can be found in the 21+ Maps.

There are 3 levels of each of these,
Level 1 Sellsword Gives:

+30 Weapon Slots (increases by 10 each level)
+40 NPC Hit Probability (increases by 10 each level)​

Level 1 Guardian Gives:

+30 Expansion Slots (increases by 10 each level)
+50 NPC Dodge (increases by 10 each level)
+30 Crew Slots (increases by 10 each level)

These can be obtained by boarding the HRMS Warrior and HRMS Renown in 21+ maps, along with other ways. You can also purchase these from Oswald Murray in the 17/1 Safe Haven for 500 Crowns.

Those Level 17-20 can get the Crowns from VCM Bloodfangs or VCM Blizzards, or Payment Packages when they are available.

which NPC dropped the Commonwealth Guardian LV2/LV3, and the Commonwealth Sellsword LV2/LV3?

 

LV2 guardian is obtainable from boarding surprises. LV2 sellsword by boarding HRMA Revenge or Valencia. LV3 only from HRMA Triumph.

 

Is this true, are the Guardian and Sellsword now active on all maps below 21?

 

As Satan_Himself says, they can be gained from the NPCs listed in his post. There are also NPCs in the 26+ Maps which to be quite honest I can not remember which ones give which items as I only shot them NPCs for the Quests / Tests and can not find a correct listing of rewards from these.

Only for the duration of this event. They work on all maps, including Bonus Maps.
