    Hi, so there is a new item called Commonwealth engineering in the black market selling at 4.99 usd and I have no idea what it is... I also can't find it in the bible can someone provide more info?

    Hello,

    Commonwealth Engineering is a quest item used for the quest line     Road to Atlantis - Optional Quest Line 7.

    This item can be obtained from completing the following quests: Taking the High Road, Highway to Atlantis, The Number One Pirate in Safe Haven or via in-game shop.

    Yes, as it disappeared from the black market I guess it was an error thank you for the answer
