Where do I find their expiration date?

In your Toolbar on the Sea Chart open "Crew"

After you open the Crew window click on the "Assistants" section

​

Then scroll down, and search for your Commonwealth officer and move your mouse on his picture.

However you can only see the duration of the highest level of your Commonwealth officer.

In future I ask you to create your own thread in “General Questions” as this thread was created with a question about Commonwealth Officers.

But to answer your question, “You are only allowed to pick up the gift on a map of your level range as follows: Map and pirate level 2 – 6, 7 – 12, 13 – 16, 17 – 20 and 21 – 25 (maps 21 to 25 also for players with level 26 to 30)” This was taken from Storms of Winter event FAQ.

Since your Pirate Level is 7 you can only pick up Gift in 7/1, 7/2, 7/3, 7/4 maps.
