    right I’m not a genius but messing up the chalice that’s cost people a lot of money and people still don’t have a reward and the login glitches where we can’t play the game and ms6 being completely frozen with all the other random restarts aswell do you guys not think it’s due when get something for all the hassle we have had to go through

    If and when any compensation is given it is done through the Official Anouncement Section of the forum.

    Yes it is frustrating to know if you have won a reward from the Bokors Chalice! This has obviously been drawn it is just that the rewards have not been issued or have not been announced yet. This will probually be resolved on Tuesday when the office staff return. We apologise for the inconvenience but can assure all pirates that the rewards will be issued.

    I’m sorry but that doesn’t change the fact that I bought the packages and had a set amount of time and I have missed around a day of it down to server downtime and all the updates and glitches after the server restarts so what was the point in spending money if I don’t even get the option to use the boost for maximum time I suggest that you get you team to pause all boosters 30 mins before a restart and 30 mins If this was the case I can assure there wouldn’t be many restarts

    We do not decide if there will be compensation or not. If an when any is issued it is announced to all in the Official Announcement section.

    We do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, but unfortunately it is not down to the moderation team to issue compensation of any kind.
