connection problem

    Hello
    a lot of players can't connect anymore
    unable to connect to the client
    otherwise it connects to the client but no npc visible
    with google chrome or other browser, the game page does not work.
    the game caches, etc ... are cleaned.
    the only solution found to play is to use a VPN.

    this concerns a large majority of players

    and no response from support despite several messages sent.

    can you get the information back quickly or help us.
