    It appears that Mods knew that Burning Ice could only be crafted during the event.


    Below is quote from SEREN:

    This was only available during the event. The event has now ended and this ability has now been removed. We will request that it be returned for a few days, but this may not be possible.

    They deliberately with held this information from players so that millions and millions of Iceballs would be removed from 100's of players ships. This is highly unethical and I don't understand the outright disdain shown against players that they would resort to such a reprehensible act.

    Ahoy mate,

    There is no conspiracy. The ability to craft burning ice ammo has never been a part of the normal game play and most likely wont be. This was posted in the event FAQ that the Burning Ice ammo was an event option. There is not disdain against the players being shown, this was just game mechanics for the event, as burning ice ammo has always been event special ammo.

    As this is not a technical problem, I will close this thread. If you feel that you still have been wronged, please contact customer care.
