    all there going to give ya is support depending on where ya live in the world any emails received from big point will show info to there corporate offices simple google search will allow you to find the info you need but word of advice ive tried the route your going and have gotten no where good luck though

    Most likely you'll be referred to support & if your complaint isn't a bunch of abuse & ya curse more than Frankie boyle.. then it may be seen by higher up..
