    Hiya, I have been recently experiencing problems with purchasing a package off of the store, the money has been taken but no items, every time I send a ticket they keep on saying it's the wrong account number, when I clearly know what my account number is and I'm 100 percent sure I used this card.

    I just need a number I can ring because I am not getting anywhere with these stupid tickets, they are a terrible one way response system that doesn't help anybody.

    I'm going to try and screenshot my online banking once the money has been taken out of my account, send that with a ticket because that's the only way I can do this at the moment, they're saying I used a credit card when I used a debit card but If they deny me after all that I'll go through the ODR if they want to try and rob me.

    one way or another, I'll get the items or the money back.

    Could you please inform me was it a straight forward debit card (they call all card payments cc) or was it via paypal.

    Also could you let me know if the response informed you that it would be forwarded to our payment team, or did you contact the payment team directly.

    Could you give me the ticket #.

    YES, SEREN SAVES THE DAY, I have multiple tickets, it was direct debit, TICKET #703626, TICKET #703621, TICKET #703618, #703380, #703377, #703170. I had contacted the payment team directly and they kept saying my details were wrong, I don't know if I was typing them in incorrectly or what, everything I seemed to do was just wrong, my last hope was sending a ticket with an image with my online banking as I said.

    the only solid evidence I can provide is when the transaction goes through and I'll provide a screenshot of my online banking with the date and time etc. at the moment my available balance is still 90 pound below what it should be, which means they still haven't taken it but I know for a fact it was for the crate of glory. only thing is when will they actually take the money because I made this purchase on saturday the 3rd of june, around 11:24AM, it has been a week now and it still hasn't come out of my account properly? is this a system glitch or what? I had an instant error message after purchasing so I knew something went wrong because I Kept trying to purchase the package but I couldn't until I had seen the message come up saying that bp had been blocked for whatever reason, phoned the bank and they unblocked bp from my account so I could make the purchase and then I ran into the error message. just what I need -.-

    I tried every variation of my details because they kept saying they were wrong, I was getting so confused, they were asking for my account number then my credit card number like what??!

    I could be wrong here, but it seems as though your payment is stuck in the pending stage. Also with the repeated attempt at purchasing this item, you have possibly got your card blacklisted. Please check with your bank if the payment has been accepted or returned to your account and ask why at this time it is still pending.

    Please then contact normal support not payment, with the information you have, a screen shot of your online banking showing the purchase, (make sure you blank out important information).

    Then when you have sent it please leave the ticket number here. This will start with 2017************, I will just require the last 8 digits.

    I can then chase this up for you. Be aware with it being Friday tomorrow I may not get a response for you until Monday, but I will certainly do my best.

    Now that sucks, I can't have it blacklisted I have only just started playing again :/ however If it is stuck in the pending stage, will the transaction ever complete itself? I did go and visit the bank yesterday to try and cancel the payment however they said they cannot do anything until it is finalized and it is still in pending, I was banking on the fact that they would accept the payment to take further steps but I can't understand why it has taken so long for them to accept it as it usually takes 3-5 business days to go through. yeah that's great seren, thanks for the help, I'll visit the bank again to ask about why the payment is still in pending, once I have that information I shall get back to you but at the moment it just seems like a waiting game, in the mean time is there anyway I can contact you directly seeing as though you seem to be the only viable source of communication I can get at this moment in time, also funny how payment support referred me to technical support after I had already emailed technical support and they replied with quote on quote

    I will continue to watch for your responses here. Once you have the information you will need, I will take your ticket number and will resolve this for you, then I will give you direct contact with myself. Until that time I really do thank you for your patience.

    I will also confirm that once this is resolved, I will indeed get your blacklist lifted.

    NB: Please do not copy and paste the support name when copying any ticket response. I have at this time edited out the name.

    Ah sorry for that I did not realize, I have just got back from the bank and they have literally just told me what I already know, it's an authorized payment, no sorry she put it like this "outstanding authorized payment" and that it's still in pending, I have the paper statement and it says the exact same thing as my online banking so I don't know what's going on there, they've advised me to phone the company (BP) but I don't have any contact number so I can't and the tickets seem to be failing at this point in time.

    I understand your frustration with the tickets you have sent. However as requested please send another ticket to support, giving all the information you can, and attach a copy of the statement.

    Then give me the ticket number and I can follow it up. Without that ticket number I am not able to proceed.

    hey seren, I think they refused my payment as it has come off my banking as available balance? I'm going to try a small purchase to see if it works
