continuous lag

seems easier just to blow it off then just forward the issue to the developers just cause a reset helps the lag it doesnt fix the issue of the lag every night were being docked 1 full day for everything we pay for but were only gettting to use it properly for 1/2 day yet noone wants to fix this issue everyone just wants to patch up the issue for the time being i think its time to split the servers up into less of a group you guys did this and since then the lag has been hurendous at night time either that or issue two restart times once in the morning and once at night this way atleast we can play

Everyone's feedback regarding the lag is being forwarded and it is a priority to solve the lag issue, nobody wants the lag to continue. However, sometimes issues are not able to be fixed quickly; it takes time to locate the issue, find a solution and then implement the solution.

We are aware that restarting the server is not a permanent solution, it is a temporary fix which allows gameplay to resume. Again I will state, the Team is working on correcting the issue so that restarts are not needed.

While this is being looked into, we do apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused and we can only ask that you remain patient.

The feedback given in this thread, as with others, will, of course, be forwarded. As there is nothing further, this thread shall now be closed.
