    I found a new NPC or monster in 13/1 labelled as Creeper. I shot it once and now my ship could not move. I refreshed thrice but still nothing. Is this as designed or a game bug?

    After posting, my ship saw that my ship could move but my voodoo health was gone.

    Ahoy,

    The Creeper is spawned from the Roho NPC and it is designed to stop you from moving. To get free and be able to move again, you must sink the Creeper.
