    Hello there Pirate,

    The Cryptic Cipher item can be obtained from HMS Caradoc, HMS Wave Knight, HMS Hector and HMS Bulldog whilst you have one of the following quests active.

    'Impossible to decode' (Level 55 quest)

    'Mirror Image' (Level 58 quest)

    'Humble nature' (Level 60 quest)

    'Always busy' (Secret quests)
