    I sank a Hugin, reward message includes 1 crystal, not received. Also crystals cannot be purchased in Market Cove. Please credit my crystal reward and fix the market.

    Ahoy mate,

    Thank you for the update. Unfortunately, this is a game-wide issue with players not able to buy gems. We are not sure yet why this is occurring. Once we have more, we will let you know.

    My crystal rewards from Hugins is working just fine. I can also buy crystals. I guess my server (Global Asia 1) is ok.

    There is nothing wrong with the Hugin giving out rewards. The ability to purchase crystals has now been resolved.
