I was wondering, does commonwealth items such as sellsword and guardian work when in the behemoth raid? and do they make a person's cannon-fire miss? I ask cos I went to retaliate on one of many boats that were sinking players out, and almost every one of my shots claimed to have literally "missed".

commonwealth guardian only lowers npc`s change to hit u... sellsword still gives extra cannons but doesn`t increase hit change against players...

For a short duration (I belive 30 s) after you join raid map (sun, behe, lion) you have that "protection". And when you shoot a player that just joined (or respawned) in raid map it basicly causes almost all ammo to miss ---> Result, you see your damage to be "MISSED".

If you wish to sunk that player, you have to either wait for that buff/debuff to expire, or use Voodoo Doom ammunition.

    Hope that helps, greetings :)

thanks carcalete, yeah, him along with a portion of his guild sailed into raid, and for what looked like 2 mins all we were able to do was "miss" them, I wasn't the only one trying to fight them off, hehe . . ruined my pearl hunt for dang sure
