Data Loss 24.01.2026 - Compensation​

Ahoy Pirates,

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the delay in addressing this issue and for the frustration it has caused.

On January 24th, after a server restart, we experienced a data loss caused by an unexpected problem during the restart process.

This issue affected some players who were actively working on quests at that time.

As a result, different situations occurred depending on the account:

• Some players lost quest progress
• Other players lost the quests themselves, which caused them to:
  • Drop back one level
  • Lose access to the Ragnarok map
  • Encounter other progression-related issues

Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to resolve this globally.

To properly handle each case, we must review affected accounts individually to confirm:

• Whether the quests were actually completed
• What progression or access is currently missing (levels, Ragnarok access)

We have already taken steps to correct a number of affected accounts. However, if you are still experiencing issues, please provide your User ID.

This allows us to manually verify your account and apply the appropriate fix.

Please note that while lost rewards cannot be rebooked, we can restore access-related issues, such as Ragnarok map access and other progression blocks.

We also want to assure you that we are taking additional technical measures to prevent a similar issue from happening again in the future.
