    so this outage has been major and a big disruption.

    i have a few questions.

    firstly im a paying and playing invester into seafight its a game i love but this ddos has had a big impact so my first queston is are you finally going to accept and change things in regards to bugs bots and genuine players.
    what i mean by this is firstly actually take seriously the problem with bots
    secondly fix all the bugs and problems with the game to make it less vunerable.

    and thirdly actually prove you care about the players the genuine one who invest alot of time and money and do have alot of fun.

    seafight has so much more potential but has let itself down latetly with sweeping things under the carpet so to speak.

    i want to know because id rather you be honest now and i can aceccpt the response. what i cant do is to continue to invest my lesuree time into a game that simply just doesnt care.

    this ddos has been by all accounts a big big issue and in my oppinion should be met with serious force and consiquences.

    i totally agree, i think the best way to deal with these cheaters is running a ban wave and whoever gets permanent banned you guys take their ids and pin it in a post here in the forum as a warning for whoever wants to keep cheating in the future , clearly temporarily debuffs dont work and these last 30 hours after what happened and reading some people comments on discord who think this is a joke i thinks it is what they deserve, also you guys should make sure we are all protected from future attempts to ddos as i doubt this wont be the last one.

    Ahoy foxy,

    We're sorry for all issues that have been brought up by this recent DDOS event.

    Sadly this was not only focused at Sea fight alone and many games under Bigpoints management were under attack.

    We hope this will be resolved and all vulnerabilities are patched.

    As for your feedback regarding the Program users and such we are all aware of this problem and we are constantly improving our service and management of the issues as such can be seen in the recent De-buff wave and improvements to scar and regular De-buffs.

    We are always happy to forward feedback and suggestions and are sorry we can not provide more information at this time.

    Please keep an eye out in the forum for further update in the coming days.
