    "We shall also issue a 16-day debuff to the mentioned users and remove 32% of their total EXP and ELP."


    Everyone that got catched on MS2 doesn't lost their EXP or ELP. We checked the rankings before restart and made screenshots. All the users that were removed from the event list still do have the same EXP.

    So why would you threaten it, if it doesn't happen? ;d
