    for test 27 to 28 i needs to Board 5 VCM Bloodfang witch iv done but i can not get the 3 Deceptive Plans and iv bored like 50 of them what do i need to do

    Many of the the tests that require you to board NPCs can take many many boardings to complete the quest. There is a chance at each boarding to receive a deceptive Plans but the chance resets each time you board one and there for can take several attempts. I know this is not what you want to hear, but it is the quest.
