    I seen a regular player with this design, I'm pretty sure it's exclusive to moderators, could you please confirm how to obtain it? I can't find that information on the designs page

    That design is one of three that have only been made available to moderators past and present.

    Please be aware that just because you knew a person as a player does not mean they were not a moderator at some point.
