Did not get my hp

    Can i ask how long this will take, and will i get the full 10 days. Also if i do another will i still not get the hp ??

    I mean if i get the hp will it not show up as well ??

    I can not tell how long this will take, I will need to wait to hear any feedback for you. You will get the 10 days from the date this is resolved.

    It is possible that the hp will be added if you get this reward again and may have been a one off issue, however unless you receive this and we check I can not state for certain. However if you do not get issued this then obviously this will be added for you once the matter is resolved.

    i have completed it again and got hp, but only this 10 days. when i should now have 20 days.
