Did not receive purchased pyreballs

On the 17th I purchased a pyreball pack as well as a harpoon pack. I only received 750 of the 1000 harpoons and did not receive any pyreballs.

I submitted a trouble ticket as a game issue on the 17th, received initial email requesting more info which I sent back a reply with all the needed info. after about 2 and a half days later no response so i sent another email to them requesting an update, to which they replied i needed to submit a trouble claim under the payment option.

On the 20th I submitted my payment option trouble ticket, but as of yet no progress has shown with my ticket.

I was wondering if there is anything else I can do to receive the items I paid for, as well as if anyone can give me a time estimate of how long its going to take to fix my issue... another 5 days, two weeks, end of the event, or never?

if never I guess the only option would then be to report bp for theft correct?

Any helpful advice would be appreciated, and thanks in advance to our hard working forum team and thank you for your responses on all these issues.

well wouldnt you know it, right after i posted this message in the forum my ticket got processed.... how ever, they told me i was wrong and that i did receive the items and i just needed to check again.

WELL I THINK I WOULDA NOTICED 450,OOO PYREBALLS, AS WELL AS I CAN READ THE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN 750 AND 1000 HARPOONS.

so now im not sure what to do... open another ticket... again..?

 

Have you checked the seachart there? Sometimes things don't appear in the logbook, but instead only in the seachart in your ammo menu?

And might you have shot off those pyreballs? I sometimes lose track of how much ammo I have and use.

That's all I can think of. I hope that it helped, even if its only to eliminate the possibilities. Good luck on getting your money's worth of Pyre back.

sadly how ever i did check both the ship view as well as the sea chart view and no luck. And for shooting them off by accident, i definitely didnt do that as I have only shot the 20k or so i picked up or found through chests and what not and that went pretty quick. 450k would of taken me longer to go through then the 5 min ive ever shot pyreballs in the game so far.

A payment problem must be taken up with support. Unfortunately, since it deals with money we cannot help you on the forum.I would suggest you open another ticket, this is normally frowned upon, but as real money is real money, make sure to give them all the information you have on your transaction. Also, in the future, once you send a message to support, it removes all ability for us to help you as they supersede us on the forum.

 

thank you nimitz for your reply. I have submitted another ticket and am awaiting reply. I did not relize by submitting a ticket first before posting here that i limited my possibility for help from the forum, but thanks for the heads up i will be sure to post here first next time.
