Didn't get Snowballs from the winter map

    Hello SF-Team,

    I went through a winter bonus map today and noticed, that snowballs were missing as a reward finishing waves.

    Were the snowballs removed as a reward or is this s technical issue?
    Below is the timestamp and rewards of the last wave.

    15.03.2014 08:47:55
    You received 209650 gold.
    15.03.2014 08:47:55
    You received 9558 pearls.
    15.03.2014 08:47:55
    You received 31797 Elite point(s).
    15.03.2014 08:47:55
    You received 41930 EP (experience points).
    15.03.2014 08:47:53
    You sank an NPC on the 15 attack wave!
    It would be great if you could look into this issue and let eventually book the missing snowballs or give me a response about if the snowballs were removed

    Thanks for the reply.
    Just wanted to make aware that this also happened to me without "hijacking" the first thread about this issue.

    Unfortunately not, I just know that they are aware of the problem, it's been confirmed and they are working on it.
