Didnt Receive Gift Code for 20th Birthday - Founder's Day Event

  1. I would like to report that I have not received the gift code for the 20th Birthday - Founder's Day event. I have already checked my inbox as well as my spam/junk folder, but unfortunately the email containing the gift code is not there.

    Could you please help check whether the gift code has been sent to my email, or resend it if possible?

    Please be aware that Newsletter codes are sent to the account which:

    - Have their email verified on the account
    - Were subscribed to our newsletter BEFORE the event even started

    If you have your email verified and you are subscribed to our newsletter please check your Spam / Junk folder as some Newsletters could be placed there.

    If that doesnt work please contact Support.
