Didn't Receive My Extra Durable Aura.

    I posted this in the "Winter Thaw" section as previously directed, but nobody replied. So I am doing what I did before and am posting it here.

    I activated one durable aura of protection and 16 seconds later, I then redeemed my code for the goodies that include another one. But I show having only one aura (I had two previously). It appears I got all the goodies, but not the extra durable aura. (I did log-in and out multiple times too). I was shorted one aura. (I have bought the extra durables for safanads and crowns in the "Buc's Bounty" section, so I know I can have a maximum of two in inventory).
