different gems for forging

    i have tried to put 3x level 12 gems and a level 11 in the forge but it will not let me, when i go to put the level 11 gem in in throws out the level 12's, it states in the forum regarding the change that you can use different level gems for a lower chance of forge, please look at this for me, thanks.

    Hello the reason why it wont let you is that all of your gems when you try to craft a gem at the gemcutter need to be same level so if u have 3 gems as a level 11 gem and 1 as a level 12 gem it wont let you, You need for an example x4 level 12gems to craft them to a higher gem level .

    From the FAQ

    Here's how it works: All four slots must be filled with gems of the same level. The category doesn't play a role here. (Special category gems cannot be polished and will therefore not be listed in the inventory)

    Sazer is correct, the information we have is that all gems must be of the same level.
