    Please be advised that since the last restart..my valid double advantage pack is not working...Please repair as soon as possible.....id 85/27798276...thank you..

    Ahoy mate,

    Upon reviewing your account, on my side I see that your double ran out yesterday at 2014-10-30 21:46:10. However, a fellow pirate has also reported this. I would suggest you contact customer care as they will be able to help you with your doubler if it indeed has run out early.
