Doubler not working and not showing as active

    not showing as active in profile
    yet again missing out because doubler isn't renewing properly
    from status

    The information I have is that the doubler is active on your account until 2014-09-24, on checking your account this also shows me that it is active.

    There is somethings a delay in the change over of dates but I have been told that this is only for a few minutes, has this not been the case?

    Unfortunately there is nothing we can do with regards to this. It has been forwarded, but we are told this is simple due to the way the system catches up with it's self.

    I am sorry that I cannot give better feedback.
