Dragon Turtle Nests?

    Even when our Server does not have Cassie's Might, aren't we still supposed to receive one Cursed Soul per Nest? I have shot several now (without Cassie's Might) and received no Cursed Souls.

    These nests are only supposed to provide Cursed Souls when the Cassiopeia's Blessing is active. When it is not active, you should not receive any Cursed Souls.
