E-mail issues

    This is a very uncommon topic, but since I didn't have the privilege to post in the help section, I figured this spot would be the next best thing.

    I'm all too aware it's my responsibility, but the situation is pretty unique: The e-mail I used to register was of the hotmail type of e-mails (a long time ago). Hotmail doesn't exist anymore, and I am therefore completely unable to do anything to change my personal info due to needing an extinct e-mail as confirmation. I want to switch it with a live type of e-mail. Is there anything that can be done about this, or do I simply have to create a new account and hope it's possible to transfer equipment?

    You will have to contact our support team to request an email address change.

    However, you will need to provide them with all of the following information:

    1. A copy of a photo ID (Drivers license, Passport, State or Government issued ID or school ID) you may cover the picture and social security number on the ID but all other information must be clearly visible.

    2. User ID / server for the account
    3. The very first username for the account
    4. The last 2 passwords for the account (not the current password - please don't send current password.)
    5. Proof of payment transactions (minimum of 4). Can be transaction numbers, payment receipts, mobile number in the case of purchases via text message)
    6. The new email address that you would like on your account
    7. Your ip address.

    Please be advised that they will require all the above information. Without this they are unable to help you any further in your quest.

    In that case, it looks like I have no choice but to create a new account with the information I want to have on it. I never changed the password once, nor did I ever do any transactions. Thanks for at least trying to help me
