elite design pack

    hiya. I made the climb into barracuda league and went to buy the 1 gold pack that gives you access to the remaining 10 elite designs. However, when I bought the pack, it only unlocked elite skins 22-24. is there still an elite points requirement to have access to these remaining skins? if so, could i be reminded of this requirement? if not, can someone check to see if this is a known issue and check my account to find evidence of the issue in case it isn't known? thanks.
