Elite designs not available to purchase

    Hello,

    I have advanced from Jellyfish league to Seahorse league and i want to buy the Elite Designs lvl 11-20. In the past they were available in the Black market, but since Black market was moved to play mode i cant find the designs.

    Could you please tell me where i can find them ?
