    when you use admirals + elite ammunition do you get double the elp?

    Yes. Also, with Admirals you get the ELP for gold ammo too.

    Ahoy mate,

    Bawdyn is correct, you get the ELP for shooting elite ammunition and the bonus for the admiral cannons as well per shot.
