    Ahoy Petrify~Luffy!

    Elite Points, as the name suggest, are points gained through using Pearl Ammunition / Submarine Torpedoes.

    In past Elite Points had more use (eg. unlocking elite ship designs), currently Elite Points (ELP) is used within the League Season, Season Tasks, Climbing up within the League or your daily rank calculation.

    i wanna hit manta league but idk how to acquire elite points.

    It's quite simple - use pearl ammunition - each unit gives you 1 elite point. If you don't have pearl ammo get admiral cannons - they give elp even for standard gold ammo

    Your fellow pirate is correct. The easiest way to obtain Elite Points would be to fire Elite Ammunition on npcs.

    Here is a list of action items / buffs which increase Elite Points income:
    • Ship's Bell Castle
    • Master Skill Elite Dangerous
    • ELP Booster
    • Obedience Pet Trainer
    • Special Ship Gem (Tiger Eye)
    • Winterlight
    • Figurehead (Ran)
    • King's Legacy
