Elmsfire?

Elmo’s Fire is a special rocket, that was primarily designed to slow down your enemy so you could board them. But, Elmo’s Fire do not only slow down your opponent, it also increases their cannons’ reload time (for a short time) and decrease their Damage Prevention (for a short time).

Elmo’s Fire do not share same cooldown as other “Rockets” such as Skyfire, Dragonfire, Lionfire.

It has quite a long cooldown, but it can be decreased by investing your Skill Points in “Swift Launch”

They are quite common to get from Event Chests (and Lion Chests) aswell as in Treasure Chests. Or you can buy them directly on Market Cove - Elite Items, during Happy Hour

Elmo’s Fire is useful in PvP and PvE.
