    i have too send screen from chat because i get ban and the other players get not i think

    You will have to contact Support. It sounds as though you already have. Please be patient and wait for their response.

    Another alternative is to contact the Chat section of the Forum, and give them a detailed account of your problem.

    I Will never use chat forum because danish guys is enemies All peoples and they thinking about Them self or not the rules in the game :)

    I have a screen from chat, but who checking that ? Danish moderator or higher moderator ?
     
  5. All moderator responses are monitored in all sections of the Forum. It won't matter where the moderator is from.

    You can always contact Support, and provide them with your screenshot.
