    I have a few tickets from customercontact@bigpoint.com where I was lied to, and you you send me to customercontact@bigpoint.com ? I will write another ticket and get another lie? If all the messages sent by customercontact@bigpoint.com are checked I have to understand that lying to a client is the norm in Bigpoint ? , first you give me a not valid e-mail address and then send away to customercontact@bigpoint.com but against customercontact and the community team I want to bring my complaint, these are the normal procedures? community team and customercontact@bigpoint.com will consider a complaint against themselves? in such ways serious company accepts complaints from customers?
    Please once again for giving me a valid e-mail address where I can file a complaint against a community team and customercontact@bigpoint.com

    Ahoy mate,

    I am truly sorry to hear you're not happy with the responses you have received. However, as I told you in your previous thread, any and all complaints or inquiries must sent in via the customer care link which is on the homepage. Re-opening a thread with the exact same topic as your previous is considered spamming and will be dealt with much harsher manner. Please keep this in mind. Thank you.
