Ep reduction

When are you going to do something about the large amounts off ep that was gained during the bounty hunt event back in april, soon it will be nearly 3 months since you posted this bellow and we haveseen no action.

Upon receiving your feedback on the event, we have noticed that many players are getting excessive exp.

As we agree, to a certain point, that this is an unhealthy development, we are looking into this matter to see how to resolve this. We therefore may have to make some tweaks to the overall EXP distribution of the Event.

We are aware that the increased EXP values are a result of valid game mechanics (EXP to HP ratio). This mechanic has led to the situation you are currently facing. Unfortunately this was not foreseen by us, as the WoC and the Birthday Event did not show signs to indicate a development like this? We however need to find a solution that is as fair as possible for every player.

As soon as we have any more feedback we will post an official announcement.

This shouldnt happen unless a few things below happpen first.
the games in better shape, seems to be in a mess currently, well normally is.
The exp wasnt changed for the duration of the event it could of been changed mid way through & there was no cheat to getting the exp it was legitly done, bare in mind some players may of used the exp gained to level up.. tbf this reductionwill probably break more than it fixes. Exp is nothing anymore.. id rather the game worked than bp wasting resources on reducing everyones exp which causes us to lose all our cannons or something.

Considering CHEATS who bot for months, get to keep all there resources is it fair that a mistake from bp that players legitly did is reversed? No it isnt untill cheats lose what they illegally gain this shouldnt happen.. considering the scale of reducing exp is 100 times larger than reducing what the cheats gained.. it will be unfair on the players..
if they cant take the cheats rewards they shouldnt take the players that legitly 'gained' exp.
i doubr youd make this post if it was pearls..

 

I dont know why u going on about cheats static... cheaters do btw end up getting banned. The exp earned during the event was a mess up by bigpoint and they are willing to fix it which is a good sign. It took some of us 6 years to get in top 100 ep ranks. Due to the event u guys exploited the insane exp gain and got in top 100 within a day which is not fair at all.

It is understandable to be frustrated and anxious about change.
BP diligently works on issues to keep the playing field fair.
You are incorrect about cheaters. While individually they are sometimes difficult to confirm, once action is taken you see that they most often lose ill gotten gain.

Posting here won't change the plan. Wrong thread.
