    The response that we have had back is that your Experience Points have increased as they should. This was tested on your account and your Experience Points increased by 2348 as indicated by your logbook entry:
    2018-07-15 02:54:19 You received 2348 EP (experience points). ​

    If you still believe you have an issue, could you please go into more detail as to what you are experiencing? Is it the EP Bar which does not increase or on the Ship Overview page? Is is a certain NPC? etc.
