    You've got a map of Ethereal Scales
    I also got voodoo points
    But I do not think I got the extra speed 5%
    Do I have a problem adding extra speed?

    Ahoy,

    The additional speed is only granted when you have both the Ethereal Scales and Speed Fishing buffs.

    Ahoy,

    Having reviewed your account you do not have the Speed Fishing Buff:

    Speed Fishing

    Get 10% faster Harpoon reload time for 1 day and +5% extra Speed if you have the Pisces Ethereal Scales Buff.

    Overview:
    -10% Harpoon Reload
    +5% Speed if you have Ethereal Scales    ​

    You need both the Ethereal Scales and the Speed Fishing buff to get the extra speed from the Ethereal Scales. Without the Speed Fishing Buff, you will not get the extra speed from the Ethereal Scales buff.
