Bug Event design from mini game

Hi Guys,

After completing event mini game it appears that I have been rewarded the incorrect design differing from that stated in event FAQ. Any possibility of rectifying this as has been done for other players.

Please be aware that I had removed gems from design and may also have unknowingly used some for crafting.

Any possibility of also refunding the pearls I used removing gems as this cost is now double what would have been required if the said design is replaced as gems will need to be removed from it also

Ahoy,

Can you please confirm that you would like the following to be done:

• Remove the Battling Bride Design
• Remove all the Gems in storage that came with this Design
• Rebook the currency spent when removing the Gems from the Design
• Book the correct Design along with the Gems to your account

Please be aware that if any of the Gems are missing, we will be unable to assist you in this matter.

If any gems from incorrect design are missing would it be possible to make up the missing ones with any i currently have which are a level higher?

If nothing can be done due to missing gems then am I still be able to win the correct design from any further mini game completion

Apart from the obvious that this is again has been caused by ill design and/or testing of events before they are released to servers, it happens almost every event, update etc we get. Surely they have methods for checking script content before releasing things live
