Event "Event Ranking" different for levels

    It would be nicer if there would be "Event Ranking" different for each 10 or something level..
    I mean now there are only a few players on each server that win those rewards and always they are full or almost full..
    Imagine what #1 reward means for a litlle player and what means for an already full one :)

    Rewards can be lowers as importance but it will cause more interes and more fun for everyone.

    Lets say something like this:
    Event Ranking for < level 10
    1 { 15 firestorm level 3, 1000 cristals etc}
    ...

    Event Ranking for < level 20
    1 { 15 worldbreaker level 0, 2000 cristals etc}
    ...

    Event Ranking for < level 30
    1 { 15 worldbreaker level 1, 14 queen favor}
    ...

    etc
