    Hello the USA East is missing the Event NPC´s Silverblades and Bloodtooth been looking on two of my boat in upper maps and 6 and above for 2 hours no NPC at all ....

    Unfortunately I can only advise that you keep looking. These npcs are spawning and are around the maps.

    ive been hitting them all day you really need to look alittle harder they are there
